Seems like a great deal. I already have all these workouts but if you are on the fence and want to give them a try seems like a great time to do it.

Wow. This is a great sale! Thank you very much for the heads up, Karin! I am going to take advantage of it.

Thanks so much for posting this. I have been wanting to get these and now looks like a great time. :p

I'm so happy that some people are taking advantage of this! It's such a great offer and these are such great workouts. Let us know how you like them :D

i have all the ones offered already but i did go for the two for one deal and got 7, candace's 6 and 5.

two for one is a good deal as well!

I'm not familiar with these workouts but they look like they could be refreshing and fun.
One question...my boss, an avid runner, has plantar fascitis (sp?) and has been unable to run. She does use an eliptical and also swims but finds them less challenging than a run. I was thinking that maybe Cardio Coach would enhance these workouts for her. Are there any that are more suitable for the eliptical machine or the pool?
Thanks!

Andreasue - I'm not sure how you'd use them in a pool, since you need to listen while you work out and I don't know if there are any mp3 players you can wear while swimming, but LOADS of ladies here use them on the elliptical and love them (and get a fantastic workout as well). Trust us... Coach Sean can enhance pretty much anything:p

Hey Andrea...I took some swim technique lessons about a year ago and my instructor wore a water-proof mp3 player. I don't know the make or model, but I did ask her if that's what it was because I was impressed that they actually MADE water-proof ones! lol Anyway, just thought I'd share.

Thanks for the link! Now I need to spend some more $$. HA!

Here's a question...any suggestions for which one to choose for the download that I can use right away?

Thanks for enabling me!!! ;P

I have been wanting to buy these for awhile. With the sale and the gift certificate, I can get the entire set (except PUMP, which I'm not interested in right now) for a great price.

Ah man! I was totally NOT going to give into this sale but I couldn't help myself! I just bought volumes 2, 4, and 7. I'm so excited!

The only CC workout I've ever done was Press Play which I actually had in CD form that I just downloaded onto my ipod. I just received the confirmation email from Cardio Coach telling me how to download the workouts and it sounds crazy! Am I reading too much into it or is it really kind of complicated?

i just came back to say that i did 7 this mornign and it kicks A$$!!! the first challenge is 21 minutes of hills, the second is 1 hill for a minute, a 30 second rest, 1 sprint for a minute repeated TEN TIMES!!! then, he has you do a 4 minute level 3 challenge. it was SO FUN! i find CC best for me on the elliptical. for running, i am an iTread junkie!

This is a great deal and very tempting BUT....

I quit using an HRM ages ago and have no desire to start using one again. With out one I fear these workouts will not do me much good...

I spend so darned much money on fitness stuff already so perhaps having to pass on this is a GOOD thing!}(

<<Andreasue - I'm not sure how you'd use them in a pool, since you need to listen while you work out and I don't know if there are any mp3 players you can wear while swimming>>

Just shows you how technologically challenged I am. I was thinking that waterproof MP3s would be fairly standard but I guess not. It looks like they do make them (judging by the post after yours) but I gather they are uncommon. I'll suggest Cardio Coach for her elliptical workouts.

I don't own an MP3 and I've never listened to music during my runs but maybe it's time to invest in an MP3 and Cardio Coach...these workouts sound like fun!

wendy-i have never owned a HRM. even coach sean says he prefers people to use their perceived exertion level and he gives a great description of how you should feel at every stage on his website (www.cardiocoach.com). the CCs ar so great on the EXT!

andrea-IMHO, if you are looking for mp3 w/o's to do while running, i think the iTreads are great. she has three specifically for outdoors that i love!

Karin --

I took advantage of this last night -- thanks so much for posting this Karin! I have heard a lot about Cardio Coach on the boards (as well as itrain and other things). I have never tried it before and this was the perfect opportinity to try. Thanks again!

I'm actually thrilled that they use heart rate zones. I will kill myself using perceived exertion. Well, not kill, but definitely bring on over-exertion symptoms that once sidelined me for 3 months. I just don't know when to stop!

But what is great is that he describes his levels in multiple ways so you can get to the levels however you're comfortable getting there.

OMG, I thought I was the only one who did that! I recently bought a HRM and realized that I'm working WAAAAY too hard sometimes. No wonder I always am so tired and have so many injuries. Getting a HRM has saved my life!

I always think I could be working harder when I use perceived exertion. I need the HRM to tell me that I'm right where I should be or that I'm working too hard.

Thanks so much for posting this sale. I had been toying with trying one of these but since I don't have an MP3 player I decided against it. Well, I caved to the sale (along with STS and two of Tracey's pre-orders....yikes) and did Vol #6 with Sean yesterday on my stationary bike (part of the January rotation). I had a blast ... I had been dreading the ride, I usually get so bored, but I really enjoyed myself. Of course now this means I need a freaking MP3 player so I can use these on runs.... luckily my new job should start in Feb. otherwise I'd be in the poor house soon. Thanks again.
