OK...today's the day!

I'm done! Got up at 5:30am this morning all pumped up. I needed this adrenaline kick this AM too! Logged over 7.25 miles!!! First CC workout EVER for me. Unbelievable. Just what I needed today...AWESOME way to start the day and weekend.

I don't know if I like it better than the iTreads. lol iTread....Grace gives you specific numbers for specific levels, which I love because I can challenge myself with the higher numbers if I want. But I LOVE the music in this CC workout. I would have to call it a draw between the two. Either one....AWESOME workout!

THANKS for enabling me to buy this workout everybody!

HOW DID YOU DO???????

Gayle

I don't want to feel LEFT OUT sooo here's my post from yesterday! LOL! Great job Gayle! Didn't we tell you you wouldn't be sorry! Glad you enjoyed the workout. Bye all...off to celebrate two lil' sweeties birthdays. Here's a copy & paste from yesterday. C U all later.....

I THOUGHT I'd be the first to cross the PP finish line but looks like Suz beat me! Ha! Way to gooo Suz! Wow, what a wonderful, inspiring workout. Coach Sean is fabulous and that is coming from someone who never is happy with most others workouts then our BESTEST Cathe! I have to say that I am glad it's DONE and will be enjoying cake & ice cream with the GK's tomrrow while you all take on the challenge. Lorie & Gayle, you won't be sorry you caved. I tend to go with the beat/flow of the music for my settings and it seems to work fine for me. There are times when I think I won't be able to continue at that pace but something just clicks in. I am blessed to say that I am glad I could "get out of bed" and do the workout for Jim in San Diego! (You'll understand when you do the workout what I mean.) Thanks Jim & Coach Sean for your inspiration. One last thing...does anyone know what Sean is referring to when he mentions his three-foot wrinkly friend??? Is that what he says??? Okay, thanks Shell-Bell for helping me choose to "Press Play" today! You guys are all the best!

Way to go Gayle!!! And Debbie I hope you enjoy your fun day today! :)

I'm getting ready to see if my legs have those 2 hours in them for the bike after yesterday's PP. Hmmm...I'll let you all know.

Good luck to the rest of you today. You'll do awesome!

Just checking in with the PPers to say I did HSC while thinking of all of you. I'm headed to Showermax and taking MIL to the mall. Have a glorious day.

Just checking in to say I just finished CCPP! It was just what I needed to blow through the stress in my life. :D And, I beat my previous best distance for this workout - woo hoo!

Gayle, I'm so glad you liked it! 7.25 miles??? Holy WOW! You ROCK!!! :D

Robin, way to go with HSC! :)

Alrighty, where are all the other CCPPers? Check in here!!! :D

ETA... Debbie, when Sean mentioned "Debbie in OH", I faced to the east and waved to you - did you see me??? ;)

WOO-HOO!!! I did it!!! I logged 8.25 miles (but I did the extra challenge, so it was a little more mileage). I think I pushed myself harder than with Grace because I had no idea how to really set the speed or incline. I think the first challenge was the toughest...hill, speed, hill, speed...ugh! I totally broke my clean eating last night with some M&M's, so I REALLY needed to do this challenge.

DF kept coming downstairs and running next to me (in a dorky-run kind of way). Good for a laugh when I felt like I was gonna puke.

Em, how great is it to beat your PR??? I thought about you, Mr. Chip, and you grandmother.

Gayle, I also thouoght about you and the courage it took to do what you did.

Yay, Robin, yay, Robin!!!

Okay, where is Miss Pond Diggity-Pants? She was the one that started all this! Hey, Shel...hope you have fun diggin'!

Can I just say once again...WOOOOOO-HOOOOOO!!!

OMG, Lorie... 8.25 miles????

I bow down before your running shoes!

I'm never ever telling you all how pathetically few miles I log during these workouts. Let's just say I'd have to do CCPP nearly TWICE to log that many miles. And I did the 5th challenge too. I B SLO!!!

Another personal best here!! I NEVER get tired of this workout!! I thought of every single one of you at different points during the race. OMG it's so motivating to know that we're all in this together. Thanks to all of you for sharing this experience, and thanks to Coach Sean for making it all happen:) :) :* :+

WOOOOO HOOOOOO!!! Yay Michele! Way to go on your personal best!!! This is such a great workout, but it's even BETTER when you know there are others doing it right there with you! :D

I think we need to do this more often. Somebody, I think maybe Karin, suggested a long time ago that we do it once a month, say the last Saturday of every month. Is anybody up for that besides me?:D :D :D

ETA WTH is Donna!? Hey Donna, do you have the Press Play workout? You need this one -- you really NEED it:D

I LOVE this workout more and more! I waved to y'all ;) I also bow to Gayle (7.25 miles) and Lorie (8.25 miles):eek::eek::eek::eek: I also B SLO but I wear my totally sweat drenched clothes as a badge of honor! :D

I'm up for CC PP the last Saturday of every month...great idea.

AHHHH - missed you all in the PP - BUT - just got back from that 20 mile trek and like many of you - shower max has my name on it! Just wanted to check in and give ^^^5s to all who did it today. I love that w/o. 20 miles made me tired (didn't help that I did L&G Extreme at 4:00 this morning first <stupid, stupid, stupid>). I'm on for 15 miles tomorrow - anyone want to join me?

You are all doing awesome! Somehow I had miles in my legs today. I did 2 hours and 3 minutes on the bike (33 miles) and it was WINDY! But my legs were TIRED from PP yesterday, let me tell ya! Now it's off to Macaroni Grill!

This workout is so great! I forgot how amazing it is and the first challenge is HARD!!! I kept thinking, OMG will this ever end. I have to admit that I skipped the final challenge. My legs just didn't have it in them x(. I did manage to get to 16 miles in one hour on the bike. Wow, I don't think that I usually go that fast, but I don't remember. I am going to have to start writing this down.

Michele, yes it was me that suggested what we do it every last Saturday of the month. I think that we should. It seems like everyone really likes this workout.

You all did such great jobs. Congrats to everyone and to everyone who had a personal best today that is amazing. Keep up the great work.

Karin

I rounded out my PP workout with a nice stability ball stretch from Cathe's Total Body Stretching DVD. Aaaahhhhh...it was the perfect finish to a perfect workout.

Evily and Tammy, you are NOT B SL..whatever you said you were. I couldn't do CC without an elliptical. I couldn't handle a dreadmill workout AT ALL:eek: ;)

Lorrie and Suz, I bow to your greatness...and I'm SOOOO thinking about pasta now}( :9

Tammy, I'm in for the last Saturday of the month PP day. Let's call it PP Saturday:D

Hey Mama Deb!

Hey Deb, the "three-toed wrinkly friend" is Yoda from StarWars! "Do or not do ... there is no 'try'". :)

Everybody, I did PP yesterday myself, and I'm telling you, it's just a transformative experience. I feel such emotion when I do this workout that I am near tears when I finish. I feel grateful that I am healthy and fortunate enough to be able to do this workout, right in my own little "mole hole" at home; I feel huge admiration for Jim; I feel a real sense of community with CC'ers all over the world (especially my bestest pal "Debbie in Ohio" ;-)); and I feel a gigantic sense of physical accomplishment. I'm IN on doing this one the first Saturday of every month!

My elliptical trainer doesn't track mileage, it tracks strides. So here were my stats:

Total time: 68 minutes (with my own extra 5-minute walking cooldown)
Strides: 8502
Calories: 681.2

Good enough! :)

RE: Hey Mama Deb!

I warmed up with C&W abs and GS Legs floorwork, then I excitedly pulled out my bike and my ipod, and thoroughly enjoyed my date with Coach Sean! Every time I feel I cannot go any further, Coach Sean gives that little extra push that keeps me going. I had a blast.

I especially enjoyed hearing the beginning when Sean was talking about how we were riding with all those people, all I could think was and Shelley from Canada... It was wonderful!

Thanks Shelley for putting this together!! It was fun!
