Cardio Capacity and Bootcamp

Dear Cathe or anyone who might be able to help:

I LOVE Bootcamp! I know you have classified it as a workout which will improve overall stamina. Does it improve cardio capacity even though it has only 8 minutes of pure cardio? What is the cardiovascular benefit of this video? My heartrate remains elevated throughout or mostly throughout - does this mean I can consider it a cardio workout as well?
 
Just chiming in to say that I definitely consider this one to be cardio. My heartrate stays up the entire time and to me that basically makes it a cardiovascular workout.
 
Ditto! This is one tough workout that keeps my heartrate up. I am scheduled to do it tomorrow!}(
