I LOVE Bootcamp! I know you have classified it as a workout which will improve overall stamina. Does it improve cardio capacity even though it has only 8 minutes of pure cardio? What is the cardiovascular benefit of this video? My heartrate remains elevated throughout or mostly throughout - does this mean I can consider it a cardio workout as well?
