i actually JUST tried squeeze for the first time at the beginning of the week. i enjoyed it b/c it seems different from other barre style workouts. a little mix of different styles to hold my interest.
i do enjoy cardio barre, i find it challenging right now so i am not past beginners in that one. i think its the mix of doing moves i am used to doing slower but they are done fast and it wears me out faster LOL.
i am enjoying the core fusions b/c i am tacking them onto other workouts or using them for warm ups to other workouts. i also like lotte berk b/c it fits my schedule, and i just tried fluidity and did enjoy that as well. otherwise i also use ballet inspired workouts like yoga booty ballet, just b method, and NYC ballet,kari andersons reach and pulse yoga.
