I have it and I like it overall.
For me, the positives: I feel elongated afterward, and it BURNS the butt and thighs.
The negatives: Not much of a "cardio" workout as my HR doesn't raise much and I don't sweat, there's LOTs of reps which can get boring, and the upper body weight work is nice for toning but not for strength.
I haven't tried the bonus sections on the dvd so I can't speak about them.
