cardio and weights

Just jumping in, hope no one minds.

I always prefer to do weights before cardio as I find I do not have much energy after weight training to do cardio. I've heard that it's better to do weights before cardio, and I've yet to try it. Always when I do two sessions in a day, I just think cardio before weights, it's ingrained in my head!

I read somewhere that mixing it up would be a good thing provided you can keep good form during your weight training.

In other words, I would love weights first (right now, I do weights and cardio on different days). If I wanted to throw in some variety and hopefully shock my body a little, I could start doing cardio first, but I'd have to be mindful of my form while weight training post-cardio. I'd maybe even lower the weights or reduce the reps depending on how I felt.
