Well I'm not Cathe but in my opinion the more intense workout is the Kick Punch and Crunch DVD with the Legs and Glutes. Legs and Glutes has great music, very mainstream but I also like the KPC music too. Rebecca
Could you please clarify? Do you mean Kick, Punch, Crunch or Step, Jump, Pump? KPC is all cardio-kickboxing; SJP begins with 20 minutes of step, followed by a circuit of hi/lo and weights - more comparable to the Cardio & Weight workout.
