Is it just me or is this tape not so difficult? I don't know if that's a complaint or not! I did IMAX 2 yesterday so a tad easier today was kind of a relief!
I found it to be not difficult, but it is a nice change from the other tapes. However, if I wanted to make it harder I could up the weight and/or add maybe a part of another workout to it. In any case, you are not alone.
It is lighter, but like Cathe said, she intended the workouts in this series to be of varying leverls of intensity. But I don't know boy, when I did C&W Monday with an 8" step and heavy weights - I felt pretty relieved when it was over!
This tape didn't leave me "drained" when I was finished, but I didn't really think about it since I did feel like I got a good, full-body workout (except for legs).
The one thing I disliked (if I had to pick) was lying down on the bench for some strength moves. My HR was still a little high so it felt weird. But I didn't want my HR to go down all the way either so I wasn't sure what to do. But that's not a big deal. The tape will be great for days you don't have tons of energy but want a good workout.

Maybe you could take out one or two risers and have your head a little higher than your butt. That might help with the "weird" feeling, since your head would be higher than your heart. But I know during the workout there isn't that much time to change equipment. I'm not an expert by any means, just trying to help with ideas.
