Hi all - I have a question in regard to splitting up videos. I did MIS last week in its' entirety, but I really prefer to split the weights portion, i.e. lower body one day, upper body the next.
Today I did MIS lower and followed up with CTX All Step (cardio portion only). Tomorrow I will do MIS upper body and would like to add a cardio portion from another tape to this one. I have all of Cathe's cardio tapes, but have not done all of them as of yet, so I'm asking to get your advice. I could do any of the CTX cardios (except for Power Circuit because this one has lower body), Body Max's step portion, but since I have yet to do MIC, can a portion of this be added as well? Or are there any others I'm missing? TIA!
