carbonated water

I've been told that drinking carbonated water is not good for your body because it dries it out and makes you want to drink more because of the carbonation. It's just like drinking pop. Is this true?

Well, I can't say that I have ever heard that before but that doesn't mean its not true. So I guess what I'm actually saying is that I really don't know. But I do know that nothing cleanses the system better than 100% pure and natural water, complete with its natural minerals(meaning not distilled). Carbonated sodas contain CO2 gas which, as with any gas, can cause you to be bloated and uncomfortable. Thats about all I can share with you on this topic
