Cant' wait to meet you in San Diego!

Hi Cathe,

I am sooo psyched about the EB San Diego event! We relocated from there four years ago to CO. It will be great to be there as visitors at the beautiful Lowe's. Coronado is such a gorgeous island! What's most exciting is getting to meet my fitness idol in person!

Having a solid goal on my calendar motivates me even more. I've been down for the count for about three months between H1N1 (both my son and I), sprained ankles- both of them and a sinus infection. I found a great foot and ankle doctor and have new orthotics coming in this week. I swear, this last pair of orthotics I believe caused more problems than help.

It's adorable, I told my son that we are going to meet you in a few months and he's so excited! You're such a house-hold name around here!

Yippee Pam....I am so excited to meet you and your son. Wow, what fun it will be for you to go back to where you once lived. I'm looking forward to creating some warm fuzzies for you to go home with. Your son sounds so cute. I love to hear how our kids get into working out with their mom and dads. I can't wait to get our picture taken together. Bring anything you want to be signed or photographed...we have plenty of time for all that fun stuff. I can have a push up contest with your son too....just for fun of course My son loves to have them with me.

So sorry to hear that you have had a SUPER TOUGH three months. Wow, that's a lot to handle. Nice to hear your excitement after all that. It sounds like you are on the upswing now though.

Hi Cathe,

You are the bomb!! My son, Randy, was beside himself about the pushup "contest"! He started practicing right away and quickly did me in- sort of! hehe.

I will find some special items for you to sign. How awesome that you have such a positive impact on women!
