Can't view video clips

SNM or anyone else that can help:

When I try to view the video clips, I get an error message stating " IE encountered a problem and needs to close" then knocks me off the internet. I sent an error report to microsoft and they state the problem is likely being caused by keenvalue or eUniverse adware. I am advised to use add/remove programs but it is not listed there. I ran spybot and it doesn't detect it. Norton anti virus detected it but won't delete it. Searching microsoft & symantec support has offered little help.

SNM: I know this isn't your problem but was wondering if you had run into this problem before or have any advice for me. If anyone else has encounted this problem and fixed it please let me know how you did it. I'm really getting frustratedx(

Thanks!
JJ

Try clearing your cache. Clear your temporary Internet files and delete any cookies you don't recognize as those you use all the time (saved email passwords, etc.). Reboot your computer and see if that helps after you've done the above. Sounds like the program is on your hard drive, but you need to remove it from the registry to get at it. I'm sure not the one to help you with that. But when I run into problems like that, I find deleting temporary files and clearing cookies will often help. Best of luck!!
