Can't view new video

I can not watch the new video clip. I do have dial-up, but have also tried two other computers with high speed and all I get on each is still shots when I press the ff button.

Any ideas on what to do?

Are you clicking the arrow/pause button? It takes a few seconds for the clip to play.
