Can't print Workout Card

sancho

Cathlete
When I try to print a workout card, I get the workout manager calandar page followed by two blank pages and then a page with two columns of "one rep max" and "% of one rep max". I thought I followed the tutorial . . . what am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Lauren

I downloaded the STS rotation into my calandar.
I went into calandar and picked STS disk 1 (chest, shoulders bis) on Jan 30. I then click on the grey arrow on the right side of the screen (next to the name of the DVD). I then click on "edit workout". The list of exercises come up on the screen and I click on "save and print"

I think I figured out what you're doing wrong. You're clicking on your browsers print button. You must click on our print button. If you look at the picture below you will see a blue arrow where the print button you should use is located.

I am hitting the print button you show on the workout manager. I tried it once more after your post to be sure. It's still printing the calandar page, etc as I described in the initial post. Hmmmmmm . . . .

Not really sure then. We can duplicate your error exactly if we select the browsers print button, but everything prints fine when using our print button. What browser type are you using?

That could be a problem. Internet 6.0 is really out of date. I think if you upgrade to 7.0 your problem will go away.

I was able to print the card on another computer in the house that has the same browser version. But I will upgrade anyway.

Another question, when I did print the card on another computer, it did not print the background colors. I saw on the example where Cathe checked those boxes, but I can't find where I can change that on my computer. She said that she explains where to do this on the STS main page, but I don't see the instructions there.

Thanks so much for your help,

Lauren

Okay, I updated the internet explorer version and it printed the card properly on the computer I was having problems with. But, it is still not printing the background colors. If someone gets a chance, I would love help with this one last detail.

Thanks,

Lauren

In the Tutorial we were probably using Firefox or Safari as it was made on a Mac. For IE 7.0 just do the following:

1. click on "tools"

2. Click Internet options

3. click the "advanced tab"

4. scroll down till you see "printing"

5. check the box for "print background colors and images"

6. click "apply"

7. click "okay'

This may be slightly different depending on your browser and operating system.
