Can't find Timesaver workouts....

I read the post about different Timesaver workouts someone came up with. Now I can't find it. Sorry, I can't remember who posted them. (was in a hurry) They looked so good, I have decided to order that DVD! But, now I need the workouts.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Susan

RE: Susan!

Can I just ask: how do you use the workout blender across the 5 separate workouts? Or can you only use the blender on each individual workout? I'm still figuring out how to use this technology!

Thanks
Josie

RE: Susan!

Hi Josie, you can only use the workout blender for that individual workout. If you want to use from 2 different workout then you need the T/C of the workout and program it. Every dvd player is different. It should be in your manual on how to program a dvd. It took me a while to figure it out. I have a Sony 5-disc and can if I wanted to program up to 5 different disc which I never did. I only did 2.

RE: Susan!

Hi Ya'll-sorry I was gone the last few days to answer your question about my Timesaver cardio premixes I created. I don't have a programming DVD but I do just leave the title/chapter bar displayed at the top of the workout. When it's time to change to a different timesaver section I just key in the new title/chapter at that time. (Thats what those weird numbers are to the left.) So you don't need a special DVD player to combo your Timesaver workouts! I did the 71 min one and it was a blast! I was trying to reproduce 10-10-10 with these and obviously got a BIT carried away!!!!!!!!
