canadians shock cardio?

I just got to say that I visited Whitehorse in 2008 and it was so beautiful. I think there is even a picture in my photoalbum from a hike we did. Don't get to meet too many people from the Yukon.

Hey that's where I live :) It is beautiful here, isolated but I love it. So many wonderful things to see. Everyone from the forum should come for a visit!

Got mine yesterday. No extra fees. Haven't had time to try them though. Never thought I'd be saying that! Perhaps this weekend. I can't believe how busy things get with my girls ages 9, 10 and 11. Thinking I need to get up at 4 to fit in the workouts, cause after work/school, seems like dinner, clean-up, homework and next day preps eat up the whole evening.

Got them yesterday! I had to pick them up from the post office ... $18.68 in duties, yechhh ... but I guess I'm due to pay something as I haven't had to for awhile. (Didn't have to pay customs for my Cathe calendar or my new Tracie Long Fitness DVDs, which also came this week.)

live in Toronto...still do not have shock cardio

Lucky You Stebby...I live in Toronto and I still have not received my shock cardio dvds... I am very worried at this point.

Does any one knows what happens if your dvds do not arrive at all....would you be sent another set? How does that work?

Thanks
Bubbl

Why did you have to pay and I didn't? That is weird.

I think it's random. Technically we should be paying anytime we import something and haven't explicitly paid duties up front. Some U.S. companies, like L.L. Bean and Land's End for example, collect duties when you order, but most don't. Sometimes we "get caught" and sometimes we don't. I kind of think it depends on how observant the postal worker is, how busy they are, etc.

I'm still ahead of the game because I haven't had to pay on my last two Cathe calendars, STS or my Longevity series DVDs. So I guess I'm complaining, but really I shouldn't. :)
