Canadian STS'ers

For those of you whom ordered the STS series, did you get a shipping notice? I ordered my dvds on Sunday and haven't received any emails at all, not even saying that the order is processed.
The reason I am asking is b/c I went to cancel the order again cause my sister and I are going to share her set and go halves, so I sent an email cancelling the order but I am wondering if the order will be shipped b/c they won't receive my email regarding cancelling it until things calm down for them?
Just wondering if you received an email? Im not expecting a tracking number just notification. I suppose I could check my c.c to see if its been charged?

No I have not received anything as of yet. I am trying to keep postive and not get worried. I placed another order Jan 20th and it says...still processing on my account but my visa was charged right away. I guess they are jsut super busy getting STS all cleared up and shipped out. I am sure if something happened, customer service would correct it. Check your credit card bill as the charge will show up fairly quick.

As far was I know unless you live in the U.S. you will never get a shipping notice, unless maybe you paid to use UPS.

I'm not sure why this is as when I bought CLX BB gave me a canada post tracking number which I was able to use and see when it was being delivered.

I live in Toronto and I requested UPS shipping and I did get a notification e-mail that my DVD's had shipped through UPS and got them next day which was last Thursday. I did request next day delivery as UPS tends to give an extortionist customs fee if you do any slower type of delivery. Also, I didn't realize when I ordered it last March that I could get USPS shipping to Canada or I would have chosen that since the custom fees are nice and low if at all. You might want to get in touch with customer service again to clear it up. Good Luck!!

Thanks girls! When I go to my account, at the bottom it says "note: this item as already been shipped or as been processed, you can no longer edit this page"

I also paid $37 for UPS Air shipping which makes me think, if they didn't receive my cancellation, then I will be receiving it very soon.

They can't be returned either, unless they are defective. I thought I could have returned them if the packaging wasn't even open.

Oh well...worse case scenrio...I have my own set

I am in Toronto and still have not received mine. I hoping I will receive them at least by Friday.

Twinkletoes, do you mind me asking how much custom charged you for STS. I am just trying to figure out, what shipping method I will use next time. It is so nice that you have them already.
