Hi there, I recently ordered videos from Cathe for the first time. I am unable to track my order however (as I'm sure you all know)
and I can't get an estimated time from customer service. Can someone tell me how long it usually take to get orders delivered to Canada.Thanks

Living in western Canada, I have found my orders to take from 7 to 10 working days. I hope this helps if you haven't already recieved your order. Also for future orders, there is a company in Canada called CK Sales out of Edmonton that carries all of Cathe's workout videos.

Check out cksales.com, great website and no duty to pay on orders. I get delivery within 7-10 days and great customer service.

it takes two weeks for me - I live in the Toronto area! They are not shipped ups but regular mail. where do you live?

I was in Peterborough last year and in Kingston now. My Cathe collection is almost complete so I just go with pre-orders and there's no telling what kind of lead time on those deliveries. Cathe's products are, however, always well worth the wait.
Again, I have always been happy with CK Sales customer service and delivery.

I made the mistake of ordering from Cathe's website many years ago.I waited forever & got nailed big time duty.I am so thankfull CK sales is here.I strongly suggest you use there service.It is also in Canadian $.I live in Ottawa

Not much to add except, hi! Another canadian here, in Toronto as well.

I try to always order and preorder from CKsales. It works out to the same amount, if not a little less even, and the good thing is that if you preorder thru CKsales, they don't charge your credit card until they ship.

For regular orders, though, I did order through cathe's site once (when I switched to DVD, I made a BIG order and wanted to take advantage of cathe's deals) and I got my DVD's very quickly...probably within a week and a half or so. But yes, I too got nailed with Duty.

I also recently ordered the high step (just the topper) from Cathe's site and I hate to even tell you how much it cost me in the end, because of duty/brokerage fees. Ouch! I should have bought a used club step at Play it Again Sports and cut it in half....
