Hi, I just got my 12 pack dvd special yesterday, the question is I been doing the PUB, PLB, and C&W, How do you mix this with the PS. S&H and Power Hour, I know that you can't do it in a week, but the point im trying to make is I usally do a body part 2x a week with switching off with PUB and the upper body part from C&W. Say the following week If I wanted to do the PS, are you supposed to do just 1 body part with that series because I know it is alot of lifting with each body part, and then maybe the following week try the Power hour. Let me know if i need to be more clear of what im trying to say. Thanks.
