Well, I'm off to Italy for the next two weeks. Some of my hotels have what look to be decent fitness centers in them, but in case they turn out to be lame, I am bringing resistance tubing. If for some reason I have to rely on just the tubing, how much ground do you think I'll lose in two weeks time? I currently lift pretty heavy (at least I like to think so), using mostly 20's for biceps, chest and back and 12's for shoulders and triceps (more or less). Do you think working out with tubing will be enough to maintain where I am now? I'm guessing that the answer will be a big fat "NOT", but I thought I'd ask anyway.
