Hi

I am quite used to doing heavy weight workouts where you feel totally burned afterwards like pure strength or the gym style series

The problem is that I really like arm workouts so I now have really strong arms and not so stron anywhere else.

I have started doing all over workouts to try and get some balance like muscle endurance, power hours and high stpe circuit.

I love these videos but i dont feel the same burn in each muscle group as normal (obviously because you are excerising a muscle for about 4 minutes rather than 25).

My qwuestion - is it a problem to do these workouts on consecutive days? I would never dream of doing gym style chest 2 days running but these endurance dvds seem like you could. I feel that I would have to do these workouts severla times a week to be conditioned which will mean doing them on consecutive days sometimes

Thanks a lot

you shouldn't work the same muscle group two days in a row. in fact its recommended you put two days between workouts for each muscle group but one day is fine if you feel fine. just go heavier on the weights if you are not feeling the workout or check out the rotation forum for ideas on body part splits rotations and how you can use splits and total body workouts in the same week.

Andrea,

You can do a freestyle type leg work out every day and you can do things like the Slim Series every day where you do a million super light weight reps but I wouldn't recommend a Cathe endurance work out every day. Do her endurance work outs as heavy as you can and you'll feel the burn. It's trial and error to find that PERFECT weight but you will find it!

Good luck!}(
