I'll try to make sense here. I've already seen great results w/ Cathe's workouts. It's been about a month and a half, give or take. I'm gaining much needed definition in my upper body & all over and have lost about five pounds in the process. I'm even 5 lbs pre pregnancy, whoo! I really don't need to lose much more, maybe 5 lbs, but I guess I'm wondering is it possible to become much fitter and leaner without really dropping pounds? Do you gain some due to muscle mass? Also, can you shrink clothing sizes and not necessarily go down in pounds? I know these are really general questions - guess I'm just looking for general answers from my fellow fit crowd! Thanks for all the input.
oh yeah I understand the whole clean eating aspect as a part of the whole plan so I'm basically trying to understand about the cardio/weights aspect.
