I posted this in open discussion, but realize here may be better!
I'm going to start the 16 week max weight loss rotation tomorrow, but I only have Strong Legs and Abs of the PS series.
Will the UB Mix and Match sections of BM 2 be a good substitute for the UB work in the PS series? I don't want to short change myself. Does anyone know the breakdown of exercises in the UB part of the PS series?
