So, it seems like since I've been even more consistant with taking my supplements Omega's 3,6,9, Co-Q10, Glucosomine Chondroit, CLA, multi, 5000 IU's of Vit D, just to name a few, my hair seems to have gotten MUCH thicker and stronger. Having said that, I already have pretty darn thick hair- thank you, Dad! In fact, even with five years of chemo off and on, he did lose some hair, but NEVER went completely bald! Yeahhh Dad! Alas, he did eventually lose his hard-fought battle.
So, have you heard of vitamins and supplements thickening hair?? Then again, maybe I'm just getting my "winter coat"!
