Can someone tell me the ab breakdown on ME

so my DVD is scratched there, but I'd rather just add in the stuff that is missing there rather than replace it yet. Does anyone know the sequence of the segments. I have reverse crunch w/ ball & then reaching towards toes w/ ball. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi Debbie,

I don't know all the names for the moves but I tried to describe the abs from ME for you:

1. reverse crunch w/ball- 32

2. reaching towards toes w/ball-24

3. oblique twists w/ball-60

4. lay on side/ball on "core area"/feet on top or x-cross and lift hips up and down-12

5. lean back on buttocks,legs up to hands (at angle)-16

do #4 and #5 on other side

6. slow bicycles (hold for count of 2..- 8

7. bicycles to tempo - 24

8. alternate knees in w/chest lifted (bring hands to knee as it comes in) - 4 slow; then 32 to tempo

9. crunch - 8

10. legs in/arms in then legs out/arms out - 8

11. isolation crunches (hands push against thighs) - hold for 16 count

12. high end crunch pulse - 16

13. isolation crunches - hold for 24 count

14. high end crunch pulse - 32

15. single crunch -8

and ... scene! phew! }(

I did this yesterday (I started with BC abs, then did the ME upper body split and ended with the ME abs) and I'm tired just reading this thread!!! :eek: This morning I did the ME lower split and then abs from Cardio and Weights. Ugh!

I'm working up slowly to the 1,000 crunches challenge I thought about doing. }(
