Can someone suggest or create a rotation for me.....

HELP! I am overwhelmed right now, which usually happens every couple of weeks! LOL I need to get re-focussed and get rid of these 9 pounds that I've gained since February. I checked out all the rotations from the rotation index, but again, I'm overwhelmed.

I want to incorporate running into my rotation, as well as all of Cathe's workouts. PLEASE....suggest a rotation or recommend some sort of schedule I should follow....how many lower body or upper body weight workouts a week? Should I go with all circuits? Total body weights?

I came back to add that I consider myself advanced in that I can keep up with all of Cathe's hi/lo, step, endurance and weight selections (most of the weight selections anyway. lol). Plus, I have all of her workouts except for Basic Step and Slow & Heavy.

check out the get lean rotation if you want to lose those pounds, do at least two interval workouts a week and one can be running, sprinting alternating. This routine is designed to lose weight and get lean muscle. It really works for me.
 
Under Video & DVd rotations. Check for last 3 weeks and you will find it, it is a lot of cardio and one part per day for those who want to lose weight.
