can someone put together a 6 month plan/rotation for me?

As usual I'm overwelmed. I have every single Cathe video and need to lose 30 lbs. I've let my fitness fall behind a bit so I need to build up again to the harder Cathe videos (i.e. Imaxes etc). I'm figuring a 6 month plan would do it. I was thinking something along these lines but would love it if someone could help me out with something! Thanks!

Month 1 - CTX rotation
Month 2 - PH 2x + 4x cardio
Month 3 - 3x circuit videos + 3x cardio only
Month 4 - BodyBlast rotation
Month 5 - Intensity Series rotation
Month 6 - 3 day split (using PS, GS, or SH) + 3x cardio

Any ideas out there?
 
I think you have a great plan there! You may lose some strength during the circuits so maybe instead of a whole month of circuits just throw one in there once a week during month 2.
