Can someone explian to me the reasoning behind Cathe's 12 week rotation she wrote some time ago for someone to lose 20-30 lbs? It was the one that started wtih 3 wks of SH plus cardio, 3 weeks of PS and cardio, 3 wks of SH and cardio, and then 1 week each of CTX, circuits, and SS/PP plus cardio. It lookslike what the plan was trying to accomplish was build muscle (hence, the SH and PS series) and then lean it out with endurance/circuit workouts. Has anyone had success with this?
 
I think the woman for whom she wrote the rotation reported that she lost a bunch of weight doing it, but I would have no idea where to find the thread. I'm actually trying a tweaked variation of the rotation now to try and lose that stubborn last 10 lbs. We'll see if I have success.
