Can someone explian to me the reasoning behind Cathe's 12 week rotation she wrote some time ago for someone to lose 20-30 lbs? It was the one that started wtih 3 wks of SH plus cardio, 3 weeks of PS and cardio, 3 wks of SH and cardio, and then 1 week each of CTX, circuits, and SS/PP plus cardio. It lookslike what the plan was trying to accomplish was build muscle (hence, the SH and PS series) and then lean it out with endurance/circuit workouts. Has anyone had success with this?
