Depends on what your up for.In my opinion,once you can get a few of Cathe's routines down then you are ready for anything else.She always throws in something that you are familiar with.It never takes me long to catch on and I am not very co-ordinated
Maybe you should try some weight work.Cross train express is a great series.But if you are just looking for some cardio workouts, then try either Rythmic step or one of her interval workouts.I don't think you will be disappointed in anything you get
