can I pre-print all STS workout cards?

I am planning on starting STS in about a month for the first time and was wondering if I can pre-print all the workout cards ahead of time at once. I have noticed in some of the threads people mention printing a card out the night before or the week before rather than all at once before starting the program. I am not sure if this is because the 1RM % changes would be messed up? Due to my schedule and unreliable access to computer, internet and printer, I would really like to print everything now.

Also, I will not be inputting my STS rotation into workout manager until after I complete the exercises (again, my schedule and access to computer). Can I still print the STS workout cards? The instructions say to input the STS rotation into workout manager calendar and print from there. However, I won't put my rotation in until after it is completed.

thanks for any help!

You can pre-print all of the w/o cards. You do not have to enter the rotation into the w/o manager. The reason for not printing them all at once is alot of people update their weights as they go along and then they have a more accurate weight to work off of. You can do it anyway that is convenient for you. I have completed STS 4 times and I Love it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Thanks, Jean.

When you say people update their weights, do you mean they re-do their 1RM? It is taking me forever just to finish my first round of 1RM! In fact, I don't think I will be fully finished by the time I start STS. I can't wait to start.

What I did when I did STS was I updated my weights after every workout. If for instance the card said to do 10 lbs for curls and I could do 12 , I updated that particular exercise. Then when I printed out the next w/o card for that group , it had an updated weight for me to use. It is time consuming and I do have access to a computer all day , so it was good for me. I wanted to lift as heavy as I could to get the most out of the program. You should write on your cards if you are able to lift heavier or lighter so you are more prepared the next time you do that group. I think you will really enjoy it. If you aren't done with the 1rm's when you start , just keep track of everything and update when you have access to a computer. I am sure you will be fine.
