Can I lift two days in a row?

OK, I read that you are not suppose to lift weights two days in a row (same area), but I will not be around this weekend (until Monday), so I thought that maybe I can do it just this once. I did "Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps" and "Gym Style Chest and Triceps" yesterday and "Butts and Guts" today. I was wondering if I can do something like "Power Hour", "Muscle Endurance" or "Muscle Max" tomorrow. Any advice?

Definitely. You would have given your upper body a couple of days rest by tomorrow so you can do any of the workouts you listed. I would either do just the upper body or use light weight for the lower body, especially if your legs or glutes are sore.

Certainly, train the upper body with weights, but in your shoes, I wouldn't do the same with the lower body, not right after B&G. What I would do is go ahead and train the lower body, but differently, with plyometrics or body weight exercises, not with weights, i.e., after every upper body muscle group, I would insert one of the blast sections for the lower body from Low Max. It will work the muscles in a different way and hopefully get some blood flow to the area to promote any healing necessary after B&G. It will also introduce a little cardio into the proceedings....
