Hi all, my Valentine CTX series has arrived and so far I love it! I have done Step and Intervals and the Kickbox tape, but I have a question: I can not do all the tapes the way they are, simply because it is too much cardio and it will bother my knees...all those years of standing for endless hours at work. Anyway, just doing the one body part and skipping the cardio attached with it does not seem like enough...what did everybody else do with this series?? I have the PS series, Slow and Heavy, PH, MIS, C&W and Bootcamp(although I have not tried that yet......I have read so many countless and wonderful rotations, but I can not seem to find one that is going to work out for my poor knees.
