Lately, due to work schedule changes and volunteering at my kids school, I have had to workout at 9 p.m. instead of 9 a.m., a couple nights a week. Usually in the evening I am pretty tired and am ready for bed when my kids go to bed. But when I workout in the evening, I feel like I am on Speed. For instance, last night I did BC and was still ready for more when it was over. Typically, I am pretty tired after this workout. I just don't feel like I have worked out when doing my evening workout. But, I slept like a baby. Go figure?
