Camera Angle

Hi Cathe! First of all I am in no way familiar with filming on camera work - however last night while doing S&H legs and shoulders, on the side lateral raises I was thinking - I would love to see that from a top view angle. Do you ever think of filming some parts from say the top or back view as to show correct form? I know sometimes when I see a specific muscle that you're using, then I can correct my form better.

I can't wait for STS....thank you very much!:)

Camera angle is a big deal with me, too. Especially when everyone's wearing dark bottoms, which makes it hard to see clearly how the legs are supposed to be positioned.

I think that it would be helpful if the camara doesn't change positions to quickly.
If they wouldn't change the (angle)shot until you are way into the exercise. Hope this makes sense.

STS will be filmed differently from what you’re use to seeing from us. We’re adding more cameras so that we can have more close ups and more one-on-one action. We will not be in our typical Cathe dot Com delta formation for the STS series. But don’t worry, we’re not going to try to get too fancy, but we do want this series to be our best filmed ever.

Perhaps you could have a little window on the screen to show an alternative angle like a top / side or back view?

Hopefully most of the one-on-one action will be on Cathe. I love all the familiar faces, but it's Cathe I like to follow Cathe on the DVD (that's why I buy it!)....
