Cals burned for variety of dvds like w/o mgr?

Does anyone know of a site that lists calories burned for all different types of workout dvds....not just Cathe's? I love using the Workout Manager, but find myself with a bit of frustration when I go to enter other dvds that are not a "Cathe" even though she has the options for other workout configuration....I still feel like it is a crap shoot and not as accurate as the Workout Mgr has for Cathe dvds.

Tracy, I'm sorry I don't have any websites to direct you to, but I did want to throw in my two cents here. I *love* the Workout Manager, but the Mets and calories burned are usually off for me (sometimes WAY off, especially with STS DVDs). I only know this because of my HR monitor. If you want to get the closest estimate for the number of calories you actually burned, I would recommend just getting a HR monitor. I have a Polar FT40 and love it, but there are cheaper ones out there that can do the job too.
 
Seconding the HRM!

I also use the FT40 and the Mio HRM's when I don't feel like strapping the chest strap on (or forget to put it on for a few minutes before starting the workout :)). The MET values are good 'guesses', but there are variables involved that I don't know about! Sometimes I don't give a workout as much effort as other times, so my calorie burn is less. My body may not be composed of the same fat/muscle ratio as what was used to establish the MET values.

IMO, I like to know what I am burning, not what others have established, if that makes sense :)
