Calories

It's different everytime for me. The first time I do a workout, I burn TONS of calories. Once I get the workout and my body starts getting used to it, I burn less. To give you an idea, though, yesterday I did Power Hour (only the second time ever) and burned 549 calories. And today I did the Cardio Blast premix on LIC (again, 2nd time ever) and burned 610 calories. On average, I burn about 500-600 calories an hour with Cathe.

It's going to be different for everyone depending on their height, weight, age, and fitness level--and how much you put into it that day. That's why I LOVE my heart rate monitor--it's customized for me and I can tell how I'm progressing. :)
 
I have the Polar F11, but I don't use many of the features. If all you're looking for is a number of calories burned, I'd look at the cheaper Polar F4 or Polar F6. I think I should have gone for the F6 myself, but a friend had the F11, and I had HRM envy at the time! :7
