Have you set yourself up on the Workout Manager? Your profile there will include your TDEE. Try that & see if that helps, but all the DVDs & exercise modes are assigned a MET value. Depending on the duration you will get you amt of kcals burned.
I do have a heartrate monitor. It is a sportline. I have the one that comes with the chest strap. It is a bit frustrating to operate. I just don't know how accurate those things are.
