Calories burned throughout week.

On the older version of the workout manager there was a spot for how many calories you had burned throughout the week. For me that was very important for me to know, that way I could gauge if I needed to add more or less depending on how many workouts performed. I have been absent for a while from working out and am trying to ease back in. I sustained an injury in my left foot and haven't been capable of working out. I finally feel able to really start pushing myself again as far as working out. It would just be easier to have that calculated so you wouldn't have to go back and add that up yourself. I have tried many other instructors over the years but Cathe you are the best by far and I have been using your workouts for years now.
 
You can still do this. You just have to click on the exercise calories tab. You can even enter a custom date range for any time period you like.
