I could swear I saw something somewhere that explained how you can work out the calorie burns of all of Cathe's workouts on the Workout Manager, but I can't figure it out. Can someone help? Also - is there a place to find an updated version of the list that rates the workouts by difficulty? The list I have doesn't include the ones of the past few years, like LowMax, Low Circuit, 4Day and STS and so on, I can't find any ratings. Thanks!
