Fitness Video Fanatics has grown! Jodi's spreadsheets are phenomenal! I had to download that mega-sheet! Wow! I keep my hard copies in a binder with labeled index tabs, along with another section that has the time breakdowns, also tabbed. In my early mornings, it's a snap to see exactly how many minutes my workout will be! And it's so easy to know what weights to get ahead of time.

I guess you know that Jodi had originally downloaded your spreadsheet and expanded on it? I love this community!:7

This must be the only place I feel normal - I do the same thing as you Connie, except that I put my worksheets in clear plastic covers, and record my workout info with a pen designed for use with overhead projectors. When I've filled in everything, instead of printing out another worksheet, I just wipe it off and start again. I keep my stats from the first time I did a workout on the far left of the sheet. It gives me a cheap thrill seeing how far I've come!
