AquaJock, Please help me critique my PS series rotation. You always have great imput and I really would value your opinion. I was unsure about doing Kickboxing between back and bicep day and legs day- to much?. This is my first time doing a three day split. Thank you for taking the time to do this. I read on one of the forums that PS legs and abs makes your legs bulk up. Is this correct? and should I lift lower weights for legs then? Thank you, thank you,Thank you SO much for helping.!! And again, Happy Holidays
