We'll be holding several upcoming audio chats in January. Here's the information I posted to the Callanetics audio group.
Gina's agreed to participate in several audio chats (see proposed schedule below) on the seven Callanetics principles in January 2004. We'd like to make these audio only chats. If you have a speaker and a microphone (internal or external), you should no problems participating in the audio chat. Audio speakers and microphones are inexpensive and can be purchased easily from your local computer or electronics store. Most laptops have built in speakers and microphones in them. If so, purchasing a microphone and speakers is unnessary.
To test your laptop and/or new or existing microphone/speaker setup for voice feedback, I recommend using your Sound Recorder option in Windows. This tool is under Accessories, Entertainment in your Programs Menu. This is a good tool to use to see if you in fact already have a microphone into your system. If you can record and playback your voice, then you have no issues. If not, you'll need additional equipment. For more details on Yahoo voice chat, check out
