Hopefully I can help a little
To change or delete a rotation, go to Workout Manager. Then select the "Rotation" option.
Select "Edit/Delete a Rotation" and select NEXT at the bottom of the window...
Then select "Downloaded Rotation" and select NEXT
Select the rotation you want to edit/delete... NOW... if you just want to change the start date, modify something within the rotation itself, click on NEXT. BUT, if you really want to completely delete the rotation, select DELETE at this point.
If you select Edit, it will open the rotation (sometimes can take a bit of time)...
Now, if you want to just change the start date, on the upper left corner where the date is listed change the start date to whatever you want it to be, hit the "Change Date" button and it should update the start dates and all that follow...
Then, once you are done, make sure the "Place in My Calendar" box is checked, and hit "Save & Exit"
The changes you made should now be entered as you modified them on your calendar...
If you only want to move a few around and move days, you can click and drag the icons directly from the Calendar...
I haven't watched the tutorial since WM 2.0 came out, but if you click on the day, the details of that workout show up on the right side in a box with a check box inside. if you click on the gray arrow in that box, it will drop down all the info and that's where you mark your workout complete. You can also modify daily workouts here as well...
I started STS on 2/2 but wanted to start again with Cathe tomorrow, so I deleted the STS rotation and it definately deleted everything, even ones that were marked complete. So I had to add those back in, and download the newest version of the STS rotation. This one had all the cardio included, so it is much better than the first one released... I just have to modify some of the workouts I don't have with ones I do, and all done!
