Calendar Help Please?

Hi,

I know there were lots of threads and questions when the WM and calendar first came out so I hope this is not too old to ask. I just started STS and I am finding that my actual weights are much lower than my target weight that prints on the workout card.

I am attempting to change that so that when the upcoming workout cards print, and those same exercises are being done, they have the weight that I used, if that makes any sense.

Also, I need to know how to delete a workout from the calendar..I can't seem to find the answer to these questions..

To delete a workout just click on the date in the calendar for the workout you want to delete and then click the "show details" link on the right side bar. Then just click the delete button.
 
Thanks! Now to figure out how to get the weights for future workouts changed..

I know this post is a couple of weeks old now, so maybe you have already figured out the answer to your question. But if you have not - select the workout you wish to edit on the calendar by clicking on it
On the far right of the calendar you will see the workout and below it will say show details.

Click show details

At the bottom of this pull down it says edit workout

Click this button.

It will take you to all of the exercises in STS - the ones in red are ones that use weight and you can make changes here.

For the exercise that you want to change - simply put the weight you want to use and the reps and click the clipboard icon to the right- it will then ask you do you want to recalculate your 1 RM, what weight you want to use for this exercise, and it will ask you if you want to save this new 1 RM.

Easy peasy!

Thanks SNM for this option - I seem to always have to tweak 1 exercise after an STS workout and this makes it so easy to do!
