Can someone explain how one calculates calories to lose weight. I've done weight watchers in the past, but I am afraid that I will not be eating enough on WW if I should decide to go on program again especially now that I do Cathe's tapes. Now I question how WW arrives at their point ranges, given the fact they don't take into account height and the level of one's activity.
