Anybody got any info on Calcium Lactate? I did an internet search and got the same ol' lingo from site to site, but I am searching for possible side effects and specifications; details about what it does for the body. If possible, I would like somebody who takes this supplement to give me their knowledge of what it does or how it would affect me. Or maybe you know someone who takes it...any info welcome.
