Morning, girls. Greetings from the crankmeister who did NOT wanna get up this morning. *lol*
I had more nightmares last night. Sheesh! I guess it is just all the pressure and stress right now. I dreamt that I was on a cruise ship with my family. My sister and I were out on one of the upper decks, and she said she needed a drink. Suddenly, a massive storm with insane waves hit, and we had to hang on for dear life. When I turned back and called for her, she was gone. I kept shouting for her and looking for her while trying to hold on, but she was nowhere in sight. I feared (in the dream) that she was swept overboard, and I was fighting my way to go find my parents. I then woke up in the middle of the night, and when I finally got back to sleep, I was back in the same dang dream. (Don'tcha hate that?) This time, I was with my mom on an upper deck - lots of others up there. The storm was intense - water was actually coming up over the sides - and the ship was rolling, pitching steeply forward and then back. A few times we had a near miss with another large ship. Finally, we made it to port, and we finally ran into my dad as folks were getting off the ship.
I peeked in the dream book and it said stormy seas and tidal waves can indicate extreme emotional upset and stress and signal a need to confront a problem before it overwhelms. Fairly right on, I would say!
Angie :: wow, you go pretty heavy on the one-armed rows. I use 25#s and may need to upgrade soon, but I really do NOT want to buy more big, clunky dumbbells. They all don't fit onto the DB rack I have as it is! Gotta figure a solution.
OK, time to go get ready. Today is a scheduled rest day for me.
Hope it's a good one!
