C&W DVD Question...

Cathlete
I just rec'd the new Intensity Series dvds, my first dvds ever I might add. I've only previewed Cardio & Weights so far. My question is, is in transitioning btwn cardio sections on the Timesaver Premix Cardio routine is there a smooth transition?? My dvd kinda cuts off at the end of the cardio, has about a 10 second pause before going to the next cardio section. Is this how everyone else's does it or is there something wrong with my dvd?? Was just wondering b/c it doesnt seem to be a "fade out" like btwn ab sections on my Ab Hits VHS.

Thanks,

Stacy

Mine actually freezes during some of the transitions. Maybe I'll have to wait longer and see if it advances if it takes 10 seconds for yours to transition. I figured it was my cheap DVD player. I've been hitting the next button when this happens.

I also have the same freeze problem on most of the premixes. I'm glad to know it is happening to others, now I don't feel as if it's a DVD player problem. When it freezes, and I leave it frozen to see what happens, it sometimes skips sections of the workout it's not suppossed to! When I press the next button, it goes straight to the next proper section like Dawn has been doing.

This is unfortunate though...what's the point of a pre-mix if I have to press the next button in the pre-mix? I could play C&W in its entirety and press next when the cardio section appears - same result to get the same strength workout. Better keep the remote handy at all times!

RE: Premixes

All premixes are nothing more than a computer program that tells your player what to play next. Any good player will only take a second or two between segments. If it takes 10 seconds then I would suggest looking into another player.
